Terms of Use

This page is a terms overview. Review the applicable versioned declaration or licence shown in the relevant SILVATUNG workflow before accepting it.

1. Use of the Platform

You may only use Silvatung for lawful purposes. You must not upload or distribute content that violates copyright, contains harmful code, or breaches any laws.

2. Intellectual Property

Uploading a Vocal does not, by itself, transfer the rights holder's copyright, master ownership or authorship to SILVATUNG. Use and licensing through SILVATUNG are governed by the applicable declarations and licences accepted for that workflow. This overview does not replace those documents.

Vocal Rights Declaration

Your Vocal's rights panel displays the currently active declaration, its version and its full text before acceptance. If no reviewed declaration is active, acceptance is unavailable. A declaration change before acceptance requires you to review the new version and answer again.

Source Pack upload declaration

Studio shows the four upload confirmations and records these identifiers with your acceptance. The identifiers and confirmations are not the full text of a separate upload contract. Ask SILVATUNG support for clarification before accepting if you need further terms information.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or pose security risks to the platform.

Paid Licence Review Notice

The detailed refund, licence-duration, SourcePack-use, and post-reversal derivative provisions are under formal legal review. Checkout screens identify the recorded terms and commercial-policy versions; this notice is not presented as approved replacement wording.
